Windows 10: i cant reach my local printer anymore nor my default gateway, although i am connected to...

one laptop lost connectivity to the printer while other are all ok. everything is wireless. internet connectivity is ok and all. just find the printer offline and can not ping it nor the default gateway. i did the usual of restarting, disabling Avast antivirus, resetting & flushing IP and DNS, wireless adapter enabled and disabled and its up to date.

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

 

Can not connect to default gateway, error “Connection was reset”

I haven’t been able to connect to my default gateway for the pass couple days, whenever I go in it just says connection was reset and doesn’t work
I’ve tried doing ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew
nor did changing the dns to 8.8.8.8 help
so if any solutions could be suggested I would really appreciate it
