Windows 10: I can't reach some settings in Windows Security

Hello!I have a pretty big problem with windows security. Suddenly, in windows security I can't reach really important settings, like firewall, etc. If I try to access it, it says this: "Page not available: Your IT administrator limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tired to access is not available." I am the only owner of this computer and I tried fixing it by youtube videos, but no one could help

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
