Windows 10: I can't reactivate windows 10 after hardware change, tried troubleshooter

Hi all,I can't reactivate windows 10 after hardware change, tried troubleshooter, didn't help.Error: 0xC004F211I also tried opening several service requests in the last week, asking for a callback,None of them show my phone number as I entered it in the request, and no microsoft support representative have called me back.I also tried getting the support phone number by running WIN+R > slui 4 , but nothing comes up.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks a lot.

I just changed motherboards, and When I follow the the steps listed in the "reactivate windows 10 after hardware change" support page, it gives me the message "unable to activate windows" message after I sign in and identify my device,
with no error code, just a subheader that says "can't activate windows 10 on this device, try again later."

 

Windows 10 won't reactivate after a hardware change

I changed a lot of the hardware on my device recently, however I followed the steps on the Microsoft support page to get my computer ready for the hardware change so that I could reactivate Windows 10 after I changed the hardware. However, now it won't reactivate,
and has the error code 0xC004F025, and when I try to troubleshoot it says "We can't reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

My Windows 10 was a free upgrade from Windows 7.
