Windows 10: I can't recover data with file recovery Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop after Claim guarantee. How...

Company has factory reset the computer after claim guarantee, as when we login using the pin there's no photos, videos, data, information, etc. Is there any way we can recover the data? We are willing to ship with warranty for this as some people have quoted us type recovery software which can recover all deleted data.
