Windows 10: I can't recover my hacked Microsoft account, I need help

When I try to use the account recovery form and enter the email of the account that was hacked, I get a message that there is no account with that email associated with it, but this is probably because the hacker has changed the email to their own email. So what do we do? And I have the email that I suspect belongs to the person who stole my account but I can't do anything, I need help or advice on what I should do. Recover Hacked Microsoft account

I understand that your Microsoft account is hacker and you are unable to change the password for it. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



Ideally, if the Microsoft account gets comprised or hacked the best option is to change the password for the account. Since you are unable to change the password, I would suggest you to fill the ACSR form and provide as much as accurate information
possible.



To fill the recovery form, navigate to
account.live.com/acsr and provide the email address, phone number, or username for the account you are trying to recover as well as the other requested information.
