  2. Cannot remove family member from family safety

I've read all the instructions on how to remove members of the family from the family safety settings, but when I go to the "Family" screen., I have no options to "remove" or "add". It just lists my current account and one other, but I cannot select them
nor do anything with them. I want to remove these family settings as they do not allow me to open "in private" viewing in "edge" or "incognito" in chrome as well as I cannot access 90% of websites in firefox, as I get an "untrusted connection" error for sites
    like Google. Please help...

  3. Can't add a new member to Family Safety account

Recently, I'm not able to add a new member account to a Family Safety account. Organizer *** Email address is removed for privacy *** New member account that I can't add *** Email address is removed for privacy *** The error message is Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again. TracelD: 6dbXxlrxKE2+kZuo.10.357 Support is asked me to create a request here.

    Things that already tired.

    1. I logged to Family Safety account on a different laptop.

    2. I logged to Family Safety account on a different laptop in Private mode in Firefox/Edge

    3. I used android app to add a new family member but got an error message ( You can't invite a family member. We've detected some unusual activity. You will have to wait before you can resend an invite)

I already have 5 members on the my account ( 2 organizers and 3 member kid accounts). Any suggestions how to solve the problem?

    removing a family member

I like to remove a family member from the account but when I select family member I do not see remove option and the only choices are either Block to sign or change. Any suggestion.
