Windows 10: I can't remove an old work account

Hello, Due to an old Office 365 work account that oddly reactivated, I can't use my Microsoft pack anymore and I'm struggling to remove it. I really don't want to pay for a computer service to remove it, but I can't get a hold of Microsoft and all the support online is not working. Can anyone from Microsoft please help me or get in touch? I have an important word document I need to access before the end of the week and I can't even scroll through it.

To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
