Discus and support I can't remove consent for my child's Microsoft account because his account is not showing up. in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; I need to remove my child from one microsoft family to add him to another. it tells me that I can's simply remove him, I first have to "remove consent"...     I can't remove consent for my child's Microsoft account because his account is not showing up.


    I need to remove my child from one microsoft family to add him to another. it tells me that I can's simply remove him, I first have to "remove consent" for my child's microsoft account, and then it will let me remove him.


    But then I follow the instructions to remove consent: I select the link Manage my child’s profile info .


    This is the place where I am supposed to be able to Remove consent for this child’s account .

    But there is nothing showing on the Management my child's profile info page. So I can't complete the task!

    What is the work around?


    I am using Microsoft Edge on Chromium, on Windows 10. Does it work on this browser or do I have to revert to the original Microsoft edge to get this family setting function to work?

    Remove consent for a child account??

    I'm having trouble removing a child account from my Microsoft family. whenever I press remove child it says to "Remove Child Consent First" and when I go to the tab to remove it says the info is unavailable please help.

    Manage my child’s profile info an it said use the
    You can use this page to manage the child accounts for which you provided consent but yet there is nothing I can click on to remove consent for that child.
