Windows 10: I can't remove my old phone from Phone link, Managed Mobile Devices in Windows 11, and my...

The screen shot below says enough, but I was able to remove phones from windows 10, but I can not in 11. I have tried every walkthrough imaginable from users and Microsoft reps but nothing works I am not computer illiterate either. This has to be a bug as the removal of an old phone should be such a basic option that it not being there has to be a bug. My only options are to disable or select a different from see pic below but seriously this could have ramifications if you have to connect a work phone to a work computer or your phone gets stolen etc etc... Just Note before buying... Phones from China only work with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Others except Verizon and Sprint

[WTB]   Looking for a T-mobile compat. phone

the kid is wanting a t-mobile branded phone to use with the prepaid service so Im looking for a phone. She is wanting a razr style phone but any phone that isn't one of the basic motorola or nokia phones might do the trick.

If you have something please post me a link or the exact model so I can check it out.

Please try and be sure the phone will possibly work with prepaid sim cards.
