Windows 10: I can't reset my computer because I have no storage but after ive deleted literally...

What am i to do.

I'm not very computer literate and am completely lost when it comes to files and folders. My computer is out of storage and its mostly listed as other but when I try to access it to delete, it keeps saying no info available. how can I delete it from my computer
when I can't even access it?

Ive factory reset my computer but I can't use the mouse or the keyboard to select laugage
