Windows 10: I can't reset my PC. I think there's something wrong with it. I feel like I've tried...

Hi all,I'll try to keep this brief and really hope that someone can help me soon because I've been trying to fix it myself for the past 2 days now and it's starting to play on my mind.Recently my PC has been stuttering/freezing or "underperforming" let's say and I've downloaded a lot of things onto the PC, 99% are from sources what I would say are definitely trusted steam, xbox, discord, browsers, appstore items, then the 1% could maybe be just downloads that I thought might help with stuff like CapCut, Elgato and so on. I don't think I downloaded anything inconspicuous onto the PC, at least

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

Power cycle your device. Here are the steps:

• Force shutdown your computer by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Remove all the attached cables for 2 minutes then put them back on.

If the same thing happens, we suggest that you perform the reset again.

I`ve copied a folder from google drive into hard drive and I think it copied it to be sync

Hi, when I got my new PC I copied a few folders from Google Drive into the hard drive to use them there and not to sync. These folders have the icon with the person, so I think they are synching (I`ve lost some changes I did last month and I think it was because of that), I don`t know how to convert those folders not to be synched (in Google Drive they are not listed as folders to be synched).

If they are not being synched, please let me know how to change the icons for them to appear normal.
