Windows 10: I cant reset my tablet-laptop

I formatted my casper tablet-laptop recently and i clearly did something wrong cus now i cant use my touch screen and turn my laptop into tablet and i cant reset it too. I formatted with usb using media creation tool."It says something went wrong resetting this pc". Is there any way i can fix it? Its an old laptop casper n240.

Tablet Mode doesn't automatically turn on

We suggest you to follow the below steps to make the tablet mode permanent:

• Click start and select settings.
• Select settings and then select tablet mode.
• Now you have different options to choose from, please choose settings that suits you.

No, there's no pop up on the tablet or the laptop. I have tried using the three different USB ports and still nothing but I only have one lead to try. I clicked windows key and E and the tablet isn't listed under my PC, but it is listed in network as a phone,
