Windows 10: I cant reset my windows password

Discus and support I cant reset my windows password in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; I was resetting my laptop, and forgot my password, I got the pin number which was sent by Microsoft to reset password after all that while typing new...     I cant reset my windows password


    I was resetting my laptop, and forgot my password, I got the pin number which was sent by Microsoft to reset password after all that while typing new password there an error like this "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later" so I tried 3 times and got limit. after 24 hrs. I tried again still this error message appeared I tried to change password from my mobile and still getting this error message, I'm tired of this, also I have given for account recovery still no message from Microsoft so please help.

    BTW, there's no jumper for a password reset in Windows.
