Windows 10: I can't reset or wipe my laptop because of Windows 10

Hello, I've had this problem since yesterday. I recently rolled back to my Windows 10 from Windows 11, and now, Some of the apps aren't working so I decided to double back and return to Windows 11, But, There are many problems. My Windows 10 suddenly de-activated and I can't remember or get my product key to unlock it, or change the product key to another Windows. I tried another method by installing Windows 11 itself and try to update but to no avail. I tried downloading a PC Health Inspector but I can't download it because I was out of version, The required version was 1803. I can't install
