Windows 10: I can't right-click the window preview anymore

I recently downloaded Win11 and I can't right click on a window preview anymore. basically, I could hover over an icon on the taskbar and it would show a preview of the window, I used to be able to right click the preview and get options like "move window". That feature helped a lot because I usually don't have my second monitor on and I end up losing apps on the wrong display.This feature stopped working on Win10 for a second too but it fixed itself for me. Did anyone turn the feature off? Or is there a setting I have to check?

Delete and Cut Files with Preview Pane Open

• Have you tried to delete the pdf file in preview panel?
• What exactly happens when try to delete the pdf file?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Open File Explorer.
  
• 
  Select View and click on preview panel.
  
• 
  Select the pdf file.
  
• 
  At the right corner you will be able to see preview panel.
  
• 
  You can right click on it and delete the files.
