Windows 10: i can't run and jump in games because every time i press a key and the space bar i get a...

ive tried every thing else like uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard drivers and i can't change the keyboard out because i am using a laptop

Every time I type or press space my cursor jumps back.

Every time I press the space bar while typing my cursor jumps back. So if i'm trying to ask google a question like "How Do I..." instead it comes out doihow and I don't know how to
fix it. It's not my touch pad either please help. Sometimes it does it when I press any key to.

Pressing the letter G open Game bar

To Turn Off Game Bar in Xbox app

1. Open the Xbox app.

2. Click/tap on the Settings icon on the left, click/tap on
Game DVR at the top, and turn off the
Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR setting at the top.
