I can't save images as png, jpeg, gif, etc, just all files or "Sketchbook Jpeg"

I can't figure out how this happened, but as of lately when I've been trying to save images from the internet I'm only give two options and not several as how I want to save an imagine, those two options being "Sketchbook Jpeg Image File" or "All Files". I'm sure this is coming from my art program I use Sketchbook from Artdesk but I'm not sure how it happened, as I never ran into this during the first few months of it being on my computer. I have noticed this now as of recently because I have tried saving images I sent myself from my phone to use on my computer and it only gave me those two options. Although not a huge problem I'd still like to be able to save my images and art as png files and not jpegs.

    :)

    Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

CCleaner Professional | Try the world’s most trusted PC cleaner, free!

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
