Windows 10: I cant save pdf in OneDrive

Hello,I did have this issue before. Only today it started since I opened computer. I tried to save pdf from word doc on OneDrive and it wasnt saved. I saved word changes thought. I went to scan one doc and tried to save it on OneDrive and neither this was saved. I saved all this to computer storage and I had no problem with that. So something went wrong with pdf-OneDrive communication. Anybody knows what could be a problem here and how to fix it?Ana

Regarding your PDF documents, the location will be based on where you saved the files. For your second inquiry, your documents can be converted to a PDF. If the original file is from Office Word, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• 
  In Word, select File > Save As.
  
• 
  Select where you want to save the file.
  
• 
  Type a new File name if you want.
  
• 
  For Save as type, select PDF.
  
• 
  For Optimize for, select an option: Standard or
  Minimum Size.
  
• 
  Select Open File After Publishing, if you want to open the file after you save it as a PDF. This is selected by default.
  
• 
  Select Save.

All files are saving as PDF

Hello Microsoft Community!

I am having an issue that just started today, very strange and annoying. All of my files are saving in PDF format, no matter the original program or the "Save As" selection. It is still showing up in the file explorer as a PDF. Below are a few steps that I have taken to attempt to resolve the issue. If anyone has any suggestion or insight that may be helpful, I am all ears. Thank you!

• Attempted conversion from the original program and also Adobe - no luck with this.
  
• Attempted to save the file in a different location, both cloud and local. No resolve.
  
• Ran anti-virus to check for anything harmful. Clean scan.
  
• Ran SFC to check for corrupt files. Scan located and repaired files.
  
• Went into the default program settings. No changes were need there.
  
• My pc and all programs are up to date.
  
  Again, any help or suggestion is helpful.

How to save a scanned document as PDF

There are some options that you can do to save the scanned documents to PDF file. You may follow these steps:

• Copy the scanned document.
• Open Word, then paste it.
• Click File > Save As > Choose the location where you want to save it.
• On Save as type, choose PDF > Save.
