Windows 10: I can't see any ads on any browser

Might sound strange that I want to see ads, but I have a job where seeing ads is important. But when I disable my adblock extension I still can't see any ads (when I know there are suppost to be ads).

I have disabled and even uninstalled all adblockers but I don't see any ads, usually it's just white boxes that loads or empty spots on a webpage where the ads are suppost to be at.

I Have tried multiple browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave, Explorer, Opera which all show the same. And I have noticed when I enable the Opera built in VPN I start to see all ads as they are supposed to be shown.

I don't have any VPNs installed on my PC and I am using Ethernet for connectivity. What could be the problem?



Edit: The only ads I see is YouTube ads in the beginning of videos. I have also tried my phone and laptop without adblockers which works fine, shows all ads just like normal.

Can't open soundcloud in any browser or App

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Was there any update on your system prior to which you did not face this issue?
   
2. Are you facing this issue with any other app that require internet connection, downloaded from the Microsoft store?
   
3. Does the issue occur on any other browser?
   
4. Are you using any third party antivirus or firewall? If so, please disable it temporarily and see if the issue still persists.
   

I suggest you to follow the methods below and see if it works for you.

Method 1: Disable proxy settings.

1. Press ‘Windows’ key and ‘R’ key, type ‘inetcpl.cpl’ and press ‘Enter’.
2. Click on the ‘Connections’ tab, then click on ‘LAN settings’.
3. Uncheck the ‘Use a proxy server for your LAN’ option.
4. Click on ‘Ok’.

If you are not connected to any proxy connection, check ‘Method 2’.

Method 2: DNS settings.

1. Click on the Windows icon at the bottom left corner of your screen, type ‘ncpa.cpl’ and press ‘Enter’.
2. Right-click on your Network icon, select ‘Properties’.
3. Scroll down to find ‘Internet Protocol [TCP/IP]’ and double click on it.
4. Check if the ‘Obtain IP address automatically’ and ‘Obtain DNS server address automatically’ options are selected, click on ‘Ok’.
5. Check if you are able to access ‘SoundCloud’ on the browser and the downloaded application.
   

If you are still facing this issue only with the ‘SoundCloud’ app and ‘SoundCloud’ on all the browsers, I would suggest you to contact ‘SoundCloud’
to get a confirmation about this.

can't add any email account

I want to get the email addresses listing on my computer and transfer/sync to my Galaxy 7 phone.

Please give me a step by step procedure to do this. I use Windows 10, Edge, Outlook and MSN on the computer.

The phone currently has Google with gmail and is synced with the Computer now. Is their an app that I should look for to help move the list from my computer to my phone?
