Windows 10: I can't see or physically delete Windows.old folder

Discus and support I can't see or physically delete Windows.old folder in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; After the re-installation of Windows 10, I removed all files i needed from Windows.old and just deleted it thru Recycle bin, as usual file, but now...     I can't see or physically delete Windows.old folder


    After the re-installation of Windows 10, I removed all files i needed from Windows.old and just deleted it thru Recycle bin, as usual file, but now it's invisible, takes around 65gb of space, unreachable thru commands, Disk Cleanup, and Storage Temporary files. I tried everything, and nothing worked. If you need any other screenshots, I can make more.
