Windows 10: I can't see the bluetooth switch in settings

My wireless card is OK drivers are OK but the Bluetooth switch is not seen on the wireless setting page so I can't turn it on?


It used to be there but has disappeared.

Good, reseating the dongle is usually a first step with connected devices.

I think I have found the solution, the F2 key seems to turn the Bluetooth option on and off in settings - devices. I pressed the F2 fey and the Bluetooth appeared in the setting list at the left hand side and the switch has now appeared also, so it can be
turned on and off again.
