Windows 10: I can't seem to access Minecraft Multiplayer options

Minecraft tells me that I can't play on servers because of my Microsoft account. However, when I got to my Xbox gamer tag and select Xbox settings, it redirects me to Xbox support at Family & Privacy settings. This also happens when I try to click any link on the support page that is supposed to bring me to the page I want. There is also no "Xbox profile" option so I am not exactly sure what I should do. I'm pretty sure a lot of other have a similar issue and would really appreciate it if anybody helped. Edit: I actually solved this problem. Turns out I was on the wrong account so that was

Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community. We're sorry to hear that you can't do multiplayer with your friends. But pretty sure, we suggest to contact first the developer of the application or reach out to their forums. Because this is already more on the
application itself. For sure, they can provide correct details on this.

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
