I can't send or receive emails on my computer or iPhone

Trouble sending emails

From my desktop I can receive and send emails from my hotmail account. From my iPhone I can receive emails but when I try to send (even reply) I receive an error message, "password is incorrect'. I can also log into my hotmail account from my husband's
iPhone and send and receive. So the only problem is when I send from my iPhone.

Thoughts or suggestions?

However, please let us know:

• Are you using Google Chrome to check your emails?
  
• Do you receive any error message?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  

If you are using Windows Mail app to send or receive emails, I would suggest you to refer the article on

If you are using Microsoft Outlook, I would suggest you to refer the article on

• What type of email account are you using? (POP, IMAP or Exchange)
