Hello allSubject: I can't set up a PIN after PC shop used Hiren's BootCD Windows Login Unlocker i also removed C drive to another pc to get some filesI have a PC win 11 pro, 14600kf cpu, 4070 super, 48gb ram, msi motherboard had an issue with USB, took it to the PC shop i built in , they fixed it but they stated they will remove my password not sure if they mean password or pin i had pin windows hello and linked to microsoft account and had a password.they fixed the pc without changing any parts, after that i noticed my PIN isnt active and was using password for windows hello tasks, i tr

Looking for a Hiren's BootCD replacement


Hello guys.

I have used Hiren's BootCD a lot in the past. Great tool but I feel is quite outdated now. So, I am asking if anyone know any replacement for it. Of course if would be best if:

+ It is free.
+ It is not illegal.
+ It can be ran from cd/usb stick.
+ Runs on w10 PE or something newer than XP. (Mini WinXP is quite picky for some new chipsets/bioses)

Actually, I did not get a chance to try it.
I could not download Hiren's BootCD PE.
I have tried many time in the past few weeks to download it.
All failed.
Nothing happens after clicking on the download.

Do you have any suggestions?

OSK PIN login on non-touch device

Hello,

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

• 
  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.
