    I can't setup Harman Kardon Invoke


    When I try to configure the HK Invoke, with the Cortana Device Setup App it shows the message "I am having trouble reaching the service".


    My HK Invoke loses settings every so often, and I have to reconfigure it. This had been working fine until on November 13, 2020, I lost the connection and tried to configure it again.



    Does anyone have any idea how I can solve the problem?

    Harman Kardon invoke

    I got a harman kardon invoke with cortana . I took it out of the box and plugged it in . The light in top spins and blinks but never boots up for setup . Anyone know what could be wrong ?

    I just bought the Harman Kardon Invoke, the initial process went well, but it keeps disconneting from wifi every 5 minutes, I already did the reset but it keeps happening. I don´t know what else to do
