Windows 10: I can't sign in apps with my microsoft account, instead I get the 0x800704cf "You'll need...

I deleted my microsoft account with my main email a bit ago, since it had no use, and after the 30 day limit I switched it over to my other account that I actually use, removing my previous and unused email from that account, and making my main one my primary login. Ever since then, I can sign into websites with my account, but logging into any microsoft apps such as minecraft. the microsoft store, or game bar returns with the 0x800704cf "You'll need the Internet for this" error. I've repared these apps and ran troubleshooters to no avail, and I can't find any other answers or ideas anywhere e

I do in fact have an existing Microsoft account and if I go directly to Microsoft, everything works. The problem is clearly at Step 7 of the process of, "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead." I don't know why this is happening.

It sounds like this is at step 7 in the tutorial below where it's asking you to enter your local account's password one last time.

I have a Local Account and want to, "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead". I go through all of the required steps including entering my Username and Password. Microsoft accepts everything, then ask me to enter my password one final time. I very carefully enter it exactly as I did before and Microsoft says its not correct. Any help wold be appreciated.
