Windows 10: i can't sign in because of microsoft pin

I'm trying to sign in ona different device and it keeps asking for a pin that i don't have or remember making and i keep trying to reset my pin in my sign in options and it keeps asking me for the pin when im trying to reset the pin, that's the image it says when im trying to make a pin on windows hello i have no idea what to do

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.
