Windows 10: i cant sign in even i enter correct pin

Okay so i used pin to sign in to my win10,but mostly i use my fingerprint...suddenly i cant sign in with my fingerprint..it asks for pin...though i enter the correct pin it says incorrect pin...i tried to goto advanced settings by holding shitft key and pressing restart... but it does not work.sometimes it shows I FORGOT MY Pin option but when i click it nothing happens....im connected to wifi. it just takes me to nothingi really hope someone can help me out thanks

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Windows 10 PIN Sign-in

• Which build and version of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?
• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using before reinstalling Windows?
• Have you tried resetting your PIN?
• Did you get any error messages after you verified the PIN you entered?

Can't sign-in with correct PIN

Hi:

"Windows Hello has been blocked due to too many sign-in attempts. To unlock Hello, sign-in with your PIN."

This still appears after I entered PIN numbers.

The problem is I can 100% guarantee the numbers are correct because I have used them for a year already.

I think maybe there is a bug on the log screen.

The current situation is: I can only reach log screen and keeping ask me to enter PIN number, and there is no way to open settings.

Wondering if there is another method can help me to reach desktop.
