I can’t sign in. Keyboard is locked so I can’t enter PIN

cant enter pin, keyboard just wont input anything when trying to enter pin

Local accounts can be created as needed and later deleted.

There is an on screen keyboard that may be able to be used.

Windows 10 stuck at lock screen, unable to enter password

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you trying to log-in using Microsoft account or local account?
• Are you trying to enter pin or password?

Assuming that this issue might be because of keyboard, I suggest you to use on-screen keyboard from the lock screen and check if it helps.

Steps: From the lock screen, click on Ease of access and click on On-screen keyboard.

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.
