Windows 10: I cant sign in on some apps and games

Hello i was wondering why i cant sign in on some apps and games. Im trying to play Minecraft but i get error code Bat:when i try to sign in to Xbox game bar, or anything, it wont sign in. It would just crash or just not do anything. Any solutions?

• Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
• Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.
• Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.
• Restart the game to see if it works correctly.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
