Windows 10: I can't sign in to Microsoft Store or anything Microsoft related.

When I try to sign in Microsoft store or Xbox Live after, I enter my account information. It loads then gives me an error which is " You'll need internet for this." and has a code which is 0x800704cf . It has been bothering me for a while and I couldn't find a solution yet.

once done checking if the Store will work.

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.
