Windows 10: I cant sign in to my Onedrive because it has an old email that I cant get in to receive the...

I have tried so much to get it fixed but with no avail, my husband has his but for some reason I am just stuck

Receiving pop up OneDrive isn’t signed in

• When are you receiving the pop-up?
  
• Which build version of Windows are you using? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

If you are using Windows 10, OneDrive is preinstalled and it allows you to sync all your files to the Cloud. To sign in to OneDrive, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Right click on the white OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area, at the far right of the
   Taskbar and select Settings.
   
2. Click on the Account tab, and click on
   Add an account.
   
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the sign-in process.

signing into onedrive

I would suggest you to check if you are able to login to
OneDrive
website. If you are able to login to the website, then please try downloading the
latest version of OneDrive
and check if that helps.

However, if the issue persist I would suggest you to contact OneDrive support team. You can follow the steps below to contact the OneDrive support team.

Sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser, click the '?' help icon on the top banner of the page and select
Email OneDrive support. Submit your question and follow the prompts to request support.

Hi,

• Where exactly are you prompted to sign in with the old email address?
• Have you tried resetting the password for the old account to recover it?
