I can't sign into my laptop after Window 11 install. There's an option for Pin but I never set one up and it won't allow me set up one. How do I sign in? Thanks

Remove sign in pin

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

I have already set a PIN for my Local Account and my "Sign in Options" in Settings looks like this showing "Add" under PIN:





Various sites I have visited indicate that as I have already set a PIN I should have the option to "Change" or "I forgot my PIN". like this:





Can someone explain why there is a difference please?
