Windows 10: I cant sign in to the xbox website?

For some reason i cant sign in to the xbox website but i can sign in to outlook e.t.c, everyone time i go to click sign in at the top right hand corner the page just refreshes and doesnt sign me into my account. I bought a vbucks gift card the other day and to use it i need to log in to my xbox account on the xbox website but it is not letting me. Every time i go to epic games website and click "sign in to xbox live" i put my details in then it says "There was an error processsing the credentials from the eternal login system" . Someone please help i want to log in to epic games and redeem my
