Windows 10: I can't sign in

Hello there fellow readers.


Today I came with a question that i hope it will solve my problem,the problem is when I open up my laptop and enter correctly my PIN this message appears "Your credentials could not be verified." and after I press "Ok" another message appears "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available status:0xc000006d,substatus:0x0.Click to set up your PIN again." after I press the"Set up my PIN" option this message appears "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded."Then I used my Microsoft account password,still another message appeared"That password is incorrect.Make sure you're using the password for you Microsoft account.If you can't remember your password,you can reset it from the lock screen or at account.live.com/password/reset."I reseted my account password and the same message appeared then I pressed the "I forgot my password" option and again this message appeared "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded."


I dont know what else to do,I tried restart it but it shows the same things.Thank you for reading this.

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
