Windows 10: I cant sign into anything besides browsers

I cant sign into anything on my pc, anytime i try wethers its via password or authenticator app. the popup just refreshes and says "just a moment" and then ask me to do the same thing over and over again, ive tried restarting but nothing works. ive changed the password to my email. im on windows 11.

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.

• Scroll down, and click Set defaults by app option.
  
• Click on your preferred browser, then click Choose defaults for this program.
  
• Click Select all, then Save.
