Windows 10: I can't sign into Microsoft Store

There has been a reoccurring issue for a while where I wasn't able to sign into my Microsoft account at all. It would tell me that my account didn't exist but then when I would go to create another one, it would say my email was already taken. This issue has somehow fixed itself when I try to login via browser but now I can't login to the Microsoft store app. I had my account already linked and when I tried to login, in it gave me an error saying that I didn't have internet when I know it was working. I troubleshooted my internet and tried logging in again and it gave me the same error. I trie

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
