Windows 10: I can't sign into movie and TV aPP

Discus and support I can't sign into movie and TV aPP in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I can't sign into movie and TV aPP. The only option is send a code and the code never comes.     I can't sign into movie and TV aPP. The only option is send a code and the code never comes. I have check all the usual locations. I am very computer savy

    Movies & TV app not working properly.

    Hi,

    I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

    • Press Windows Key.
    • Type Windows Powershell.
    • Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
    • Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.
    get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

    Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

    Movie and tv library is not syncing with my surface for Microsoft Movies and Tv app

    Hi Destined, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.

    On your Surface, see if resetting the Movies & TV app fixes the issue. Here are the steps you can follow:

    - Click Start and type "apps & features".

    - Select Apps & Features.

    - Find the Movies & TV app in the list and select it.

    - Click Advanced Options

    - Click Reset.

    - Open the app again and sign in to see if your purchases appear.
