Windows 10: I can't sign into my computer

Hello, guys. Last night l updated my windows 11 to a new cumulative udate and when I restarted it, it logged in nicely, but my windows defender wasn't opening, so I restarted it again to resolve the issue, but now it was refusing to sign in and not doing anything when I clicked the sign in button and not even showing me the option to enter my pin or use my fingerprint. So I tried holding shift and restarting into safe mode but it's only restarting normally. I tried with both left and right shift and even holding both down at the same time and it's not working. I tried force shutting it down tw

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
