Windows 10: I can't sign into my computer

I can't sign into my computer HP Pavillion as Windows hello tries to recognise my face, however cannot. It then doesn't give me the option to sign in by any other means.

• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.
