I can't sign on to spectrum.net to login to my email. I've tried via Edge, Crome, and Mozilla Firefox. I can get access to every other website except for spectrum.net to access my email

nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Spectrum email password change

I am using the Windows Mail that came with my relatively new computer which has Windows 10 installed. I changed my Spectrum email password with Spectrum and I can use it fine to see my email when I log onto their site. However, I went through the process of changing my email password on my Windows 10 computer and even though it says it will remember the new password it does not. It always reverts to the old password that I originally had for my Spectrum email on this computer. Is the old password in some type of permanent memory in Windows 10 with no possibility of changing it? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the email account about 15 times. Doesn't matter. It always reverts back to the old Spectrum email password which does not allow me to see my email since I changed that password with Spectrum.

I have a roadrunner account for email with Spectrum which constantly rejects my login and fails to download new email. I am a novice. Can anyone help?
