Windows 10: I can't start my device.

Everytime i try and turn on my Windows 11 it says its preparing automatic repair then it doesn't work and I get sent to the blue page for troubleshooting. This happened after i tried to update the laptop but it was unsuccessful and it said the update was still pending. I've tried every thing under trouble shooting and it still wont go anywhere passed the blue screen. Help

I can`t add a bluetooth device
