    Hi, I can't start my laptop due to a blue screen, most often with this error code BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIGURATION_INFO. What should I do to resolve the issue and save my files?

    • Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
    in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
