Windows 10: I cant start windows update on Services it says ERROR 1053 The service did not respond to...

Please help me with the issue, i have tried to start the windows update but it shows an error 1053.

Yes, this was the first page I've checked for possible solutions.

edit: from out of nowhere the service is starting again, I got no clue how. For now, the issue is fixed, until it arises again.

Hello, after updating Windows 10 to the latest build, the HUAWEI web modem service does not start, it will not help reinstall Internet Manager, fixing this problem is important to me because I can not use T-Mobile internet (via the program installed on the modem, connect and disconnect to the internet)

The exact error message is : "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
