Windows 10: I can't Submit or Update reviews in the Microsoft Store I see the buttons, they just don't...

I am signed in to the Microsoft Store in Windows 11. I can see my Library and it correctly reflects what's installed and what I had previously installed on other computers so it's definitely correctly connected to my Microsoft account. If I click "Write a review," it lets me select a rating and enter my review, but when I hit Submit, the window just closes without saving or posting my review. It just discards it.Interestingly, I have seen similar behavior with updating old reviews I entered in the past, but that has been intermittent. Sometimes, that fails the same as trying to submit a new

Rate and Review won´t update when submitted through phone Marketplace (Omnia7)

When writing a review on my phone and choosing submit, the review won´t show up in the review and ratings on Zune Marketplace.

If i once again choose the rate and review option, i can see my review but it still doesn´t turn up in the Marketplace!

The only way to send my rating and review seems to be through Zune Marketplace on PC.

When i have written my review on my phone, and submitted it, i can go to my PC and load Zune Marketplace and choose write review ("skriv omdöme" in swedish), and then i see my review that i had written on the phone. I can then choose to add/submint my review
via Zune Marketplace on the PC ("lägg till" in swedish), and finally - my review and rating show up in the marketplace!

Anyone else having this problem? I have restarted the phone a couple of times without any change, and this has not been an issue from the start... I don´t know if the issue is intermittent or if this always happens, but i have noticed this phenomena a lot
lately.

The issue makes rating and reviewing impossible from the phone, and you´d always need to submit via the PC for the review to show up. So, you´d just as well write the review on the PC from the start...

Lumia 640 XL - Store Reviews made on phone disappear into the ether when submitted never to be seen again...

Thank you for posting in the forum.

I understand that when you submitted app review on your Microsoft Lumia 640 XL it did not appeared in app reviews.

I would suggest to submit your app review directly in Windows Phone Store on PC in app review. It is possible that your review was not submitted.



Also, Please as well try t submit review under different app via your phone.

Unable to update review on Microsoft store apps

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand your concern and we appreciate the effort and time that you have taken to provide your review on store apps. However, we would suggest you to try signing out from Microsoft Store and sign in back and check if you are getting the
Update option. If the issue still persists, please follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Search for wsreset.exe in search bar.
2. Right click on the Run command and select Run as administrator.
3. A command prompt window will open after which the Microsoft Store will open.
4. Then try updating the review.

You can also log on to online
Microsoft Store and provide your review suggestions.
