Windows 10: I can't take the full control even though I'm the owner

Discus and support I can't take the full control even though I'm the owner in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I'm the only user of my pc win10 and the admin surely.     I can't take the full control even though I'm the owner


    I'm the only user of my pc win10 and the admin surely. The problem is I can neither delete program files nor make any changes. I've been struggling with it for a long time. I double checked the owner on properties>security>advanced but still can't do anything and there are many files to be deleted. When I try adding my account on properties> security it says "failed to enumerate objects in the container. access is denied". I literally have no control on my PC. I HAVE THE OWNERSHIP OF THE FILES. Nothing I've tried helped at all and I need help ASAP

    Fixed fan controls yes. Annoying profiles yes. Buggy code yes.

    I'd rather just set it and forget it as the feature list of RBE suggested it was capable of doing.

    Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
    as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
    and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
    those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.
