Windows 10: I Can't Turn On My Windows Defender Firewall

Acer Nitro 5 is my laptop. The first thing I did was to open the Windows Defender Firewall in the Control panel and as you can see from the image to this link https://imgur.com/a/cdYtEOp I'm getting errors in this page when I upload a photo that is why I had to upload it to imgur so I could show it. It got the error 0x8007042c and even if I try to click the "restore to default" I am presented by the same error. I had to do some searching for a bunch of hours now to look for a solution, I tried starting the service through the services.msc, I can't find "Windows Firewall" so I looked for

• Click Start.
• Type Windows Defender Security Center and press Enter.
• Click Firewall and network protection.
• Click Private (discoverable) network and click On.
• Click Public (non-discoverable) network and click On.

You can turn off and reset Windows Defender Firewall from:

1. Open Control Panel.
2. Click on System and Security.
3. Click on Windows Firewall.
