Windows 10: I can't turn on my Windows Virus System. and I can't stop another system from running

Discus and support I can't turn on my Windows Virus System. and I can't stop another system from running in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I need help stopping a VIPRE INTERNET SECURITY PROGRAM.     Notifocation of W-10 update genuine? Freezes computer, can"t verify.


    Download MalwareBytes and run a Full scan then run a full scan with Defender

    Can you or anyone suggest a way to remove the virus? Haven;t been able to enter safe mode. I did trya windows repair program called system restore, which failed at two restore points.

    N95 on AT&T System in North Texas

    Having trouble getting my Nokia N95 to work on the AT&T Sytem in north Texas? My Motorola A1200 works fine on the same system.
