Clock_watchdog_timeout stuck at 0 and can't turn off pc
in Windows 10 GamingClock_watchdog_timeout stuck at 0 and can't turn off pc: My PC bsoded and did the clock_watchdog_timeout error because I didn't update it. The problem is there's no mouse or anything so it's stuck at 0 and it just won't change I cant do anything. The other thing is my PC won't turn off no matter how long I hold it??... -

The TPM does get detected in the tpm.msc but in the systeminformation secure boot stays off.I need Windwos to detect secure boot because some programms rely on this flag to be on to let me... -
