Windows 10: I cant turn on xmp after windows 11 installation

After building my system and installing windows 11 im having problems with xmp So i just built my pc and it was on windows 10 and i got and upgrade to 11 so i did, once i did that im unable to select xmp or change my cpu freq in bios, i spam enter and the menus where there was xmp i get nothing. I have a gigabyte b450 gaming x and 2x8gb corsair vengeance 3200mhz. My running mhz now is 2133 and i cant change it I did try updating my bios again and clearing cmos Here is my bios image all of the options where i says auto im unable to change, no drop down menus no nothing, xmp was here before u

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

I would suggest you try to Turn off Windows Update Services in Windows 11
